We started cooperating with Xurui Company in March 2025. They shipped the goods in a timely manner, and the goods ordered on the same day were delivered to the factory the next day. To be honest, their quality is really good. I checked and found that the wire diameter they used was much thicker than what I used on my previous machine. After weighing it on a scale, the weight per square meter was about 4.5 pounds. I have been using it ever since and have not encountered any issues such as deviation or pilling on both sides; We are a new device and don’t know how to measure the length of the filter cloth, nor do we know how to install it. Their customer service patiently taught us how to measure the length of the filter cloth; I don’t know how to install it either. After the goods arrived at the factory, Xurui sent technicians to guide us on how to install them. We are very satisfied with their quality and service.
